Time with my family is number one. My wife Becca, my son Calvin, Baby #2 coming in soon, and our dog Remi are the most important people in my life and I cannot imagine life without them! We do the simple things together (walks, and playground parks) but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love serving at my church, Keystone Montgomeryville, through music, and have also met some pretty incredible people there! I also enjoy fitness related stuff like going to the gym and running. My mental health would not be the same without them!

I am the only one in my family of 11 people that had glasses and was left-handed!

I struggle just like everyone else. I'm not as open, honest, and vulnerable as I could be, but I've found the dignity in trying. This stuff is not easy. Mental health for me had been a place where I felt more stuck than growing, but with alot of help, I continue to grow. My hope for people is that they can begin or continue their journey of growth here, that they can not only find the dignity in trying to be vulnerable, but that they can find success in it. You don't have to stay stuck: I didn't, but as you'll hear in my story, I chose to stay stuck for a long time.
